We are looking for a consultant to take on an assignment at customer working within power generation.
You will be part of a diverse R&D group consisting of highly skilled engineers who are responsible for designing and validating new rotating & stationary components and improvements for existing products in all crucial parts of a gas turbine. In this, you will be able to contribute to the design and validation of robust, reliable, and highly efficient products.
As an Acoustics Engineer, you will measure, develop and maintain standard and prototype installations both in our workshop and in the field and make sure that they fulfill existing standards and delivery criteria.
You will also work with improvement of existing products, support other functions like Procurement and Manufacturing both internal and external. Teamcenter and SAP will be common tools in your daily work besides practical elements linked to measurement electronics.
Your multi-disciplinary collaborations will include R&D disciplines like Aerodynamics, Solid mechanics, Blade & Rotor Dynamics, Materials, Production and the Service department.
On top of that, as part of a global organization, you will have the opportunity to build a network that expands across the world, from Europe to North America and Asia.
Engineering degree, preferably within Acoustics engineering.

- A person that can work in a team and make it more effective & efficient.
- Experience of advanced measurement chains, from the transducer to the measurement system is meritorious.
- Some practical measurement experience (analog measuring circuits) is meritorious.
- Good English language skills are required. Swedish language skills are meritorious
